Triathlon Coaching Packages
I offer 3 standard packages for my Triathlon Coaching Programs. The Bronze Package is good for the novice athlete who wants to begin training and lacks the experience and direction to confidently develop a training plan and assess performance alone. For the more experienced triathlete that wants to improve performance and embark on a more technical and intensive program, the Silver Package is appropriate. Finally, the Gold Package affords the unlimited communication and assessment of training that the most serious athlete requires.
