Sometimes our simple goals are derailed by an unrealistic time frame. For example:
- I have been walking for 2 weeks now for 10-15 min a day, I think I'll try to run a mile without stopping.
- I've been walking for 2 weeks now for 10-15 minutes a day and I'll continue to add increments of time and plan that within 60 days I’ll be able to run a mile without stopping.
